They focus on helping them provide the very best customer experience to their customers and grow their business. Their team of technology and business sepcialists have a wealth of knowledge and decades of experience within the public sectors, large organisations and smaller private companies as well as across multiple industries which gives them the opportunity to bring new ideas and tried and tested solutions from different sectors to their clients. 

The Brief

Format14CRM needed a new website that accurately showcased their expertise within the fields of digital transformation and customer experience. They also needed to create a brand that stood out in a competitive market and matched their service offering. The website had to host a variety of product solutions and showcase their specific consulting skills simultaneously. The website was also going to become the base for campaigns when they began to actively engage in acquisition marketing activities. 

 

The Solution

I worked with the Format14CRM to understand their product offering and specific user experience that they wanted on site. I created a website that was easy to navigate and had dedicated space to introduce the consultancy team as well as software solutions that they provide. 

Over time, the content of the website has been expanded to incorporate new product releases and resources as they are developed. 

Since launching the website, we have worked together to integrate Sugar Market, a marketing automation platform, into the website and build nurture journeys to meet their business needs. 

I remain active in managing the website alongside other marketing activities provided to the team at Format14CRM.
