I worked with my client to understand their marketing automation needs and offered platform recommendations based on these needs. As a new business with little in-house marketing experience and resource, I then helped facilitate marketing automation platform demonstrations so that they could evaluate their options effectively and were not caught offguard by detailed marketing related questions that they were not yet able to answer. I was able to help them understand the functionality that was being showcased and how it could be implemented within their own business.
To help them get the most out of their investment, I gave them insight into the features that they required from the platform to help them identify “nice-to-have” features from essential features.
After the demonstrations, I worked with my client to answer any questions that they had to help them make a decision on the right marketing automation platform for their business. Once a platform was selected, I made direct business introductions to let them facilitate the relationship with the vendor directly as this was their intended route from the start of our conversation.
